This will arrive in Lucid+1, Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat". Lucid is
coming out in 4 days, and no new packages are being accepted without
acts of god.

Yes, but it is removed from Lucid because Canonical does not want to
have to support those who embed xulrunner for the three years of support
it gives to the LTS.
