Hello,

for a Sugar hacking workshop in Caacupé, I've reorganized a number of
pages of the Activity Team.

We had accumulated plenty of links to old documentation and tutorials in
disparate locations, which was going to confuse newbies.

Please, review and update these pages for any remaining incorrect
information:

More importantly, help by removing outdated and redundant information,
which is a common nuisance in wikis.

Especially for newcomers, less is more.
