That's an advantage of Canonical using a USB stick to do it: You can 
just store it on the stick and retrieve all logs after the show. For 
"decentralized" testing an upload form explaining how to locate the USB 
stick (mount point / drive letter) and the file on it (file name) might 
do the trick.
