[Sugar-devel] InfoSlicer: "Error downloading... check your connection"

Unless I am completely misunderstanding what is going on, it seems
that the expected format for the MediaWiki parser has changed and
hence we are throwing an error. It is trying to split on <text> and
</text> but there strings are not appearing in the html; because of
the way the code is written, it is throwing a ValueError which is
caught in the general error handler that reports a bad connection.

We can catch the error, obviously, but I haven't figured out how to
get the parsing to behave in a useful manner yet.

Did you say that this code was working properly on an XO? Curious.
