Release notes:
Bug fixes and suggested improvements from Walter Bender and Dan Krejsa 

   Bug Fixes 
    
    a. Removing the menu for sample buttons and placing it on the game screen.
    b. Re-spacing the no and yes button.
    c. Moving the mouse over the array of squares does not cause color change. 
    d. Gray buffer and stray rules removed from the game board in order to maximize color 
        interaction. 

   Improvements
   a. Added the documentation on "How to play Color Deducto" prepared by Dan Krejsa.
