[Sugar-devel] New Sugar theme for Activity Library

I can't test in the new version , but in the actual spanish version, the
links form Developers panel to activity page is
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/es-ES/sugar/firefox/addon/4212 when must be
http://activities.sugarlabs.org/es-ES/sugar/addon/4212
