If I understand you correctly, you have installed
a) sugar-jhbuild _and_
b) native Ubuntu packages for Sugar.

I definitely recommend against doing this, mixing core Sugar packages 
(as the Ubuntu activity packages will depend on the Ubuntu Glucose 
packages) is asking for trouble.
