But posting as you've done clutters the mailinglists IMO.

Imagine each list as meeting rooms.  We have an ongoing meeting about 
technical developmetn, and another about educational aspects of Sugar. 
You have this great news from the PR team that SoaS is kicking off in 
mainstream media, and consider it relevant for both pedagogical people 
and geeks to get this news. Makes sense.

But instead of "interupting our various meetings" with your intersting 
but off-topic messages each single time there is a news coverage in some 
other media, I suggest you interrupt once with a message like this:

   Big news from the PR team: SoaS is really kicking off now.

   See (and update) this wiki page tracking recent news coverage:
   http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/XXXX

   This info is cross-posted to multiple lists, some of them somewhat
   off-topic for this kind of info. Please consider posting follow-ups
   only to this one list: sugar-XXXX at lists.sugarlabs.org

...and in addition to that last explicit note inside the email, also set 
Reply-To: and/or Mail-Followup-To: headers in the email.
