[Sugar-devel] svg rendering problem

in hat1.png what I got on my box with
gnome-base/librsvg-2.22.3-r1
media-gfx/inkscape-0.46-r5

I opened hat1.svg in inkscape, removed old text "!", created new
one(with the same props) and it looks good
