I know I keep nagging about this, but at some point in the future I
hope we'll finally have menu section labels. I think the proper way to
handle export to various formats is to have a "Keep as" section label,
with one or more menu items in the format "<document format>
(<extension>)." So, in general I like "Keep as" better than "Keep to"
(I think this reads more naturally, and nods to the functinoality of a
"save as" operation on other desktops), and I think that spelling out
the format is a Good Thing, even if it's a little long in some cases,
since it's in the secondary menu anyway.

This makes it much nicer for many formats just as "Plain text (TXT)",
"Rich Text (RTF)", etc. I think showing the extension in paren is a
nice clarifier, and should be used unless it's used within the format
string because it's the "canonical" way to refer to that format, , as
in "PNG Image", "JPEG Image", perhaps.

It sounds like there should be a HIG section on this topic... Anyway,
I think "Portable Document Format (PDF)" might be best, myself.
