[Sugar-devel] python hulahop article

as a thank you to the sugar team and the developers of hulahop, i've
written an article explaining what hulahop is capable of being used for:

the mozdev pyxpcomext maintainer has agreed to post the article as a
tutorial on mozdev.org, which is great.

hulahop _really_ does need to get more attention than it's currently
getting, it's like a crucial missing piece of the puzzle to link
python and DOM technology together.
