[Sugar-devel] [IAEP] Moon-9, almost (Re: addons.sugarlabs.org is starting to work)

As part of /bin/build.py there is a .js add .css minimizer.  It must
be screw up.

I think that we need to replace the minimzed .js and .css with
upstream's and turn off the minimizer.
