[Sugar-devel] Cannot sugar-jhbuild update

Hi

I'm following the instructions at
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_with_sugar-jhbuild to checkout sugar
for the first time.

git-clone and git-pull worked fine, but now I get this error consistently:

~/foreign/sugar-jhbuild% ./sugar-jhbuild update
Initialized empty Git repository in
/home/alex/foreign/sugar-jhbuild/jhbuild/.git/
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fetch-pack from 'git://git.gnome.org/jhbuild' failed.
Failed to clone sugar-jhbuild.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./sugar-jhbuild", line 46, in <module>
    import main
  File "/home/alex/foreign/sugar-jhbuild/sjhbuild/main.py", line 31, in <module>
    import jhbuild.commands
ImportError: No module named jhbuild.commands

I'm not behind a proxy or any serious kind of firewall.  Thanks for any help.
