I just tried the installation with copy-nand. After rebooting, I got following
error:

Write protecting the kernel text: 268k
Write protecting the kernel read-only data: 816k
dracut: FATAL: Don't know how to handle "root=mtd0'
dracut: Refusing to continue

Signal caught!

Boot has failed, sleeping forever.

I tried the copying & installation procedure a 2nd time, but with the same
result.

FWIW, a prior build (soasxo51) worked fine on the same machine
