[Sugar-devel] Trac wiki becomes read-only

Our trac instance has been targeted by spammers lately.  These bots
register new accounts and use them to create wiki pages pointing at the
usual erectile function aids and alike.

Rather than wasting our time fighting spam on a wiki we don't generally
use, I disabled editing permission for registered users.  If anyone
really needs it, they can ask for permission to one of our Trac admins:
