[sugar] Registering Gecko plugins with Borwse

Hello,
I'm working on a new plugin for the OLPC and have hit a roadblock with
plugin registration.  I have tested the plugin in sugar-jhbuild
successfully as well as on an x86 Ubuntu box but can not get it to
register with browse on the laptop.  I have tried both ln -s and just
copying the plugin into ~/.mozilla/plugins and deleting
~/.mozilla/pluginreg.dat with no success as well as dropping the
plugin in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins.
