[sugar] Activity proposal: TamTam Suite

Hi guys,

as far as I can tell there has been no TamTam release so far.

I'm around in the weekend if you need any clarification or help.

Unless a release is made really soon we will have to drop TamTam from
0.82, since we are in feature freeze :(
