[sugar] July 31 - Sucrose 0.81.6 Tarballs Due

Dear maintainers,

the next development release is tomorrow the 31th July. Please provide source code 
tarballs by the end of tomorrow for the following modules:

Please announce them as explained here:

Please release as well when there are only string changes that we get the work that 
has the translators been doing in as well.
