[sugar] Identifying Activities?

Tomeu,

I saw some patches fly by suggesting that you want to identify
activities by bundle-id and version number rather than simply by
bundle-id. What is the purpose of making this change?

(P.S. - I completely agree that a change needs to be made but I can't
tell if this is the right change to make because I don't know precisely
what you're trying to accomplish.

Also, how does this change relate to the icon selection and
startupnotifications discussions that you and Marco had on IRC
yesterday?)
