[sugar] New activity: Kye.

Hi,

I've started to sugarize the PyGTK game Kye[1].  Here's a first .xo,
which is only 65KB:

Works fine with the arrow and game keys, but you need to know that
control-r restarts a level if you get stuck. 

I'm happy for this to go into jhbuild or the image build if anyone's
interested in it.  It still has the default activity icon at the moment.
