[sugar] ImportError: No module named wnck

Well, that was a considerable improvement. I have gotten a few
warnings, and now make is stuck and wants me to tell it what to do.

Making all in test

What do you think, Sirs?

Well, here is a curiosity. The file that make is looking for appears
to be named svg2png$(EXEEXT).Po through some curious error. I'll fix
it and tell make to try again.
