[sugar] New Watch & Listen Available

All of the source is available in the Helix community cvs repositories
available under the GPL. I will see what I can do to pull it out of
there to host it somewhere else. It is a huge codebase, and is setup
kind of odd, so it may be tough.

Let me see what I can do.
