Hi folks!

Work on Develop is coming along, and I really need to start thinking
about how the collaboration stuff is going to work.  I need to take
everything from the user experience to the community at the
school-level (read: mesh-level) to the wider world into account.

I made some really big updates to Develop's wiki page at
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Develop .

In particular, the most major changes have been to the Collaboration
section.

I've been equivocating for quite some time over the choice of SCM, and
I've added a breakdown of pros and cons to the wiki page.
