[sugar] Hot corners?

  Hello,

  Some Human Interface Guideline pages discuss the hot corners to
bring up the frame:

  I think it is "better" than making all parts of the all edges "hot".

  However, as of build 213, the edges still bring up the frame.  Will
it be changed sometime later, or the wiki is obsolete?

  We need to modify Etoys UI a bit depending on which way the frame
will be handled.

  No, I'm not starting the debate on poping in and out the frame by
mouse action is a good idea or not^^;
