[sugar] Reloading Python code

Looks like a promising approch to a more "dynamic" Python programming
environment. I had a student project called PyMorphic
(http://pymorphic.sourceforge.net/), kind of similar to PataPata, that
used the approach where the instances change their class to the new
class definitions. The approach suggested here approach seems more
staightforward. Would be nice to see a "PyMorphic" of someting similar
evolve.
