[sugar] Updated bundles for the stable build

Hello,

we are planning to do a stable build on March 1. We will need updated
bundles to get in the latest improvements and because of the API
changes. More in detail:

* AbiWord

Adapt to API changes and use the new toolbar API. Rename the activity
"Write" (at least in the UI) and use the write icon.

We might try some early integration with the journal, details on that
later.

* PenguinTV

Adapt to API changes and use the new toolbar API

* BlockParty

Adapt to API changes (if it's not using the latest already).

* Slideshow

Adapt to API changes

* Xbook

Adapt to API changes and use the new toolbar API

* Camera

Adapt to API changes

* Memosono 

Adapt to API changes

* TamTam

Adapt to API changes

* Squeak

Adapt to API changes
