[sugar] etoys - binary blob in GIT

The GIT repository for Etoys really should not include the 
etoys.image.gz file. This one file is responsible for most of the bulk:

$ git log --pretty=o etoys.image.gz |wc
30
$ ls -lh etoys.image.gz
8.1M

I suggest starting a new GIT repository without the image. Those who are 
interested in history can create a graft to the old repository.
