[sugar] libabiword-plugins not building with sugar-jhbuild

Hi folks,

I receive this message while sugar-jhbuild is attempting to build
libabiword-plugins:

configure: error: conditional "ABICOLLAB_HANDLER_XMPP" was never
defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.
*** error during stage configure of libabiword-plugins: ########## Error
running ./autogen.sh --prefix /media/goodies/sugar-jhbuild/build
- --enable-libabiword --disable-debug --disable-all --enable-OpenDocument
