[sugar] Please update to latest bundlebuilder

Hi all,
Older versions of bundlebuilder (included in sugar) modifies PO files
while generating the POT. This is not optimal behaviour (since it may
cause conflicts in GIT, and may confuse the translators/Pootle) and it
has been fixed in ticket #4995.
If you are using an old version of bundlebuilder, please upgrade to a
newer version.
