[sugar] "mouse pointer"

Technically, the "insertion pointer" or "text cursor" is known as the 
"caret", though I'm not sure how familiar or useful of a term that is.  
It works when everyone knows that caret means the insertion pointer and 
cursor means the mouse pointer, but given that some new ground is being 
broken here, perhaps less confusing terms could be used.
