[sugar] Error: Failed to connect to presence service when starting sugar-jhbuild run

Hi.
Whenever I start Sugar, it asks me to chose a name and an icon. When I click
"Done" it gives me the following runtime error:

I tried deleting ~/.sugar/default and rebuilding Sugar but it still gives
the same error.
