[sugar] Activity logs in build 542

Hi Michael,

I got it to run now - was a simple error on my part.  I have  
corrected the setup.py problem that you pointed out too (thanks!).   
I'm still not getting any logging info for my activity, or any  
activity for that matter.  All I see is a datastore.log file.
