[sugar] Integration with web apps (and Moodle specifically!)

Ivan,

	Hopefully you are looking at Liberty Alliance, SAML and Shibboleth and leveraging their information models, message exchanges as well as trust fabric primitives. They all might be heavy weight for us, but we should be able to abstract the essential primitives. Let me know if you need any help.

	Also, on a related note, are we looking at the python web framework Django ? http://www.djangoproject.com/
