[sugar] Sugar Activity Build script

Hey there,
   I am working on a script to build a skeleton Sugar activity to make it a
bit easier to start on developing Sugar activities. If anyone out there has
any suggestions, questions, or concerns about this please feel free to let
me know. I created a wiki page where I will post all of my updates at
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Sugar_Activity_Builder if you care to follow my
progress.
