[sugar] sanity check on jhbuild

ok, no more sanity-checks. when i build, i get this:
want_libtool=false
want_pkg_config=false
Checking for forbidden M4 macros...
*** error during stage configure of gnome-common: Error running
./autogen.sh --prefix /root/sugars/10-17/sugar-jhbuild/build
--disable-static --disable-gtk-doc *** [1/24]
