[sugar] sanity check on jhbuild

[on rawhide, with selinux disabled...]

just ran git and got this:
erikb at localhost sugar-jhbuild]# ./sugar-jhbuild sanitycheck
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./sugar-jhbuild", line 57, in ?
    import jhbuild.config
ImportError: No module named jhbuild.config

and when i build, i get this:
want_libtool=false
want_pkg_config=false

any ideas?
