[sugar] sugar-jhbuild gets 404 when downloading hippo-canvas

Hello, all.

I'm trying to build sugar on my ubuntu machine for the first time.  I
encounter the error pasted below.

I think that this Marco fellow's website is broken right now.  His
blog isn't working either.

I'll CC him.  In the mean time, could someone email me this file, if
it's not too large?
