[sugar] SVG icon not getting rendered in Frame with automatic stroke and fill colours

Hi again folks,

I've whipped up an icon for an activity I'm writing, but for some reason
it won't render with the two-tone colours as specified in the HIG.
I must have done something weird in my icon to cause this.  What have I
done wrong?
