Hola Esteban.

Lo que tomeu dice es que una vez que tengas tu tema en

/usr/share/themes

tienes que decirle a Sugar que lo use y esto se hace editando
el archivo

/usr/share/sugar/data/sugar-100.gtkrc

sugar-shell  usa el anterior  archivo para ''setear'' el tema.
