If moving the mouse to a corner of the screen does not bring up the
frame, then don't keep trying.
Instead, right-click on centre of home view, select My Settings, then
Frame, then check the activation delay for corner or edge. I don't know
what it defaults to on the version you are using, sorry.

Also set the bottom slider almost all way left. then the frame will
activate on all edges,<br>
