[SoaS] Creating "18.1.0" olpc-os-builder branch based on F27

Hello everyone,

I have made a branch of olpc-os-builder that I have started to provide a
base for F27 on XO-1 (only). Maybe 1.5, but never ARM. (Don't make a pull
request adding ARM. I can't test it.)

The first thing I need to know to continue is if any of the
rpmdropbox.laptop.org rpms (whether F18 or F20) have changes that aren't in
the upstream Fedora 27/Sugar Labs versions of the packages, AND aren't
fixes/backports for Fedora 18. I'm not sure how to approach this problem.
Any ideas?

After that I will make a 3.3.8 kernel with CONFIG_FHANDLE for the new
systemd, and test it.
