Here are some ways to get .108 sugar:

There are links you can use to get f24 soas and sugar-desktop here [1]

You can also use the everthing netinstall to install sugar-desktop [2]

or use "dnf groupinstall sugar-desktop-environment" in another f24 Desktop
  (sudo dnf group list hidden -v)
