[SoaS] Sugar on RPi2

I want to deploy both Sugar and Gnome (or XFCE) along with all educational
tools (for school kids) with this build.
In addition to this, we can have XSCE also deployed on another RPi2 as well.

As George already worked on XSCE can use his image.
