[SoaS] Sugar on RPi2

Hi Danishka,
Sugarizer [1] would be an option. Else, you may be able to get fedora
running on the RP and replace the default DE with Sugar. It might perform
poor on a RP + we have only a very few activities packaged for Fedora at
the moment.
Note: I have never had experience with RP, above are just my thoughts on
ways it may work.
