It is hard to believe!  The method is:

1.  open http://activities.sugarlabs.org/ and search for the activity,

2.  click on the activity title "read",

3.  scroll down, and click on "View Older Versions",

Then Read-114 is shown!

activities.sugarlabs.org needs a maintainer.  No, I don't think it
needs replacing, it is probably a trivial fix.
