From the f3 home screen in sugar; hit the list view in the top right corner (multiple horizon lines)
Find terminal application by scrolling down this list -start terminal and type "su".
Then "liveinst".  This will start the anaconda installer. 

Look at sugar creation kit on left edge of wiki tutorials for more information .
