As a preview of Mirabelle spin:

I am attaching a log that shows the install log for the f13 RC2 LIVE CD
did install to HD to 8GB USB
Booted USB
Updated
then
 terminal:
 su
 yum install sugar*
shows all rpm's brought in on working sugar install.
(there is NO activities subdirectory as they are all rpm installs)
