Doug;

Thank you very much for doing this....

Tested it with:
soas-i386-20100507.02.iso
4GB Lexar Jumpdrive Firefly
./livecd-iso-to-disk --format --reset-mbr --overlay-size-mb 1200
/home/xxxxt/Desktop/soas-i386-20100507.02.iso /dev/sdg*
ACER Aspire On

added SugarClone script to USB (1)
Customized USB by adding applications and settings to it
created a 4GB Clone of it.
/mnt/live/SugarClone
(Customized Clone was created on 2nd USB)
shutdown

Inserted 2nd Clone USB in PC USB slot and it opened in Gnome desktop

Drag-drop zyx-liveinstaller-0.2.4-1.noarch.rpm (2) into opened soas usb
on desktop
(same as /mnt/live directory on running USB)

Boot PC with 2ndClone USB
in sugar terminal:
cd /mnt/live
rpm- Uvh zyx-liveinstaller-0.2.4-1.noarch.rpm
yum install gparted

In sugar terminal
zyx-liveinstaller
formatted 3rd 8GB USB /boot 200 ext4
/ 7000 ext4
     700 linux swap
zyx-liveinstaller created customized ext4 USB
It boots and runs beautifully.
