[SoaS] [soas] modified browse index.html works in a live soas USB as "start new" screen on sugar-browse

Peter;

1- ) I did this exercise as a follow up to our nice IRC conversation.

I am very inexperienced in html edits.
In fact, most of the things I did here were a large stretch for my skills.

I have no knowledge of how to package:

Into a .rpm.

I am sure that there are many others that could do this more successfully.

The .html needs to be polished and have a Mirabelle.png and background 
added. Skills I do not have.

2-) Another thing that has to happen before we go any farther:  The Soas 
Project and Sebastian, have to agree that this is a good idea, and 
accept it as a feature.
