[SoaS] Problem with Mirabelle and USB Boot

I am using the windows version. Still have not been able to fix the problem.
How can I modify a .cfg file on windows? Moreover, where do I change
root=LABEL=FEDORA
and overlay=LABEL=FEDORA?
